About the Counsellor
It is never easy to make the first step to reach out for help. Rest assured, she is ready to help you to explore your personal issues and find a new goal in life. Her key-approach in counselling is Empathy and Non-judgmental. Hence, you are free to share any of your issues without concerning with other people knowing about your personal life.
Ms. Dalili is a licensed and registered counsellor under the Board of Counsellor Malaysia. With multiple years of experience in handling mental health issues including self-hatred, abuse, depression, anxiety, suicidal issue, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), drug addictions, HIV and organization counselling.
Moreover, she is also experienced in multiple industries such as Human Resource, Education, Rehabilitation Centre, NGO and government sector. These experiences have enhanced her capabilities to counsel varieties of clients, no matter the demographics and background. She has also facilitated group counselling among youth to build on personal strengths: self-love, self-acceptance, and trust.
During the counselling sessions, she employs different approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy and Sand Therapy based on what suits best to her client’s need.

Mengambil langkah untuk mendapatkan bantuan bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah. Yakin lah, sebagai seorang kaunselor, Puan Dalili bersedia untuk membantu anda untuk meneroka isu personal dan seterusnya membina matlamat baru dalam kehidupan anda. Beliau adalah kaunselor berdaftar dan memiliki lesen pengamalan daripada Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia. Setiap individu mempunyai kemampuan adaptasi terhadap cabaran yang berbeza-beza. Namun, tidak mengapa untuk kita mengambil masa yang kita perlukan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan sesuatu situasi. Asalkan kita terus bergerak, kita pasti akan sampai ke destinasi yang dituju. Beliau juga percaya bawa institusi kekeluargaan memainkan peranan yang penting dalam membentuk kita sebelum dapat berfungsi dengan baik secara sosial dalam komuniti. Kaunseling dan terapi adalah tempat yang selamat untuk pengluahan emosi, meneroka permasalahan, membongkar kekuatan diri dan mencabar diri untuk menangani cabaran secara sihat. Sepanjang proses kaunseling, beliau akan bersama anda, memperkasa anda ke arah kesejahteraan.
Pada permulaan kerjayanya, beliau berpeluang menimba pengalaman di Sekolah Tunas Bakti Sungai Lereh dan Asrama Sentosa (Lelaki) Sentul kerana minat beliau terhadap psikologi kanak-kanak dan remaja. About the Counsellor
Each individual has a different pace and ability to adjust when facing challenges in life. Yet, it is ok to take some time as much as we need to adapt to the situation. As long as we keep moving, we will reach the destination eventually. Ms Asyikin equally believes that family institutions play a key role in shaping us before we are able to grow socially within the community. Counselling and therapy can be a place where we are able to express our emotions, explore our concern, unravel our individual strengths and challenge ourselves to cope with the issue healthily. Throughout the process of healing, she will be alongside you to empower your inner self for a better well-being.
In her previous years, Ms Asyikin has the opportunity to serve in higher education and social services setting. She started by providing her service at Sekolah Tunas Bakti Sungai Lereh and Asrama Sentosa (Lelaki) Sentul (under JKM) due to her extraordinary interest in children and adolescence psychology. Then, she started professionally as a counsellor at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) until 2018, OrphanCare Foundation, and the Genius Remaja PERKASA (Desa Rejang) of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
Hence, she is experienced in family counselling, career development, children and adolescence, youth-at-risk, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality concern, expressing emotions and self-exploration.
In her sessions, she implemented different approaches based on the client’s values and needs. It includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Reality Therapy, Art Therapy and Metaphoric Cards as supporting tools. Certainly, the session will be conducted under a safe and private manner.

In my early years, I provided my services at Sekolah Tunas Bakti Sungai Lereh and Asrama Sentosa (Lelaki) Sentul (under JKM) due to my extraordinary interest in children and adolescence psychology. Then, I started professionally as a counsellor at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) until 2018, OrphanCare Foundation, and the Genius Remaja PERKASA (Desa Rejang) of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
Hence, I am experienced in family counselling, career development, children and adolescence, youth-at-risk, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality concern, expressing emotions and self-exploration.
In my sessions, I implemented different approaches based on the client’s values and needs. It is including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Reality Therapy, Art Therapy and Metaphoric Cards. Certainly, the session will be conducted under a safe and private manner.

About Counsellor
I am drawn to the helping profession by my strong desire to understand emotions and healing process. I believe, through individual emotional healing, a person could improve their relationship with others and the overall quality of daily experiences to have a better nation.
I am a Professional Registered Counsellor and experienced working with individuals, couples and families with the various setting.
I have been handling social issues such as family and relationship, youth issues, organization counselling and problematic employee. In addition, I am capable of handling mental health-related causes including stress, depression, anxiety and grief, self-crisis, and at-risk-youth.
