FEE: PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

The client is encouraged to make the payment within 24 hours to secure the booking date. For non-payment booking, the administrative staff has the full authority to cancel the booking and open the slot to other prospective client in need.

Cancel & Refund Policy:

  1. There is no cancellation of the plans once you opt for the services. We will try to change your present counsellor to give you a better counselling experience after the proper and genuine investigation into the matter.
  2. The client is highly recommended to change medium, postpone and/or reschedule the appointment instead.

Full refund will be granted ONLY:

  1. If The Mindful Palace is not able to assign you the counsellor within 4 Working days of Payment Confirmation and Registration Form Submission. We will transfer the money into the same account. You need to email us your account no. and other bank details to mindful2020@gmail.com
  2. If the counsellor keep postponing the appointment and/or cause the client feels uncomfortable in any inappropriate way (e.g.; verbal or physical harassment).

In case of EMERGENCY:

  1. The client can request to postpone the session if unpredictable incident occurs (e.g.: accident, death of closed ones, sick, etc.). The client needs to inform the admin immediately on the same day of the session.
  2. The counsellor has the right to cancel or postpone the session for any unpredictable matters and will advise a new appointed date.

Please note that in accordance with the Payment Policy, any session with an outstanding payment past the Payment Due Date is considered “unconfirmed” and will be cancelled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once booking and payment is made, client cannot cancel and/or request for fee refund. However, client may reschedule the session to a new preferable date.
